Thursday Pedicure

I like to do my own claw-care and Äiti caught me at it while I thought she was napping in the hammock. Now I know it is summer, but I do indeed have my sweater on - it offers protection from the claws and swipes of the  others so I feel braver. Plus, well, we live in Finland so summers are not tropical.

Thursday Pile

We indeed have had the Hots here, and whenÄiti hasn't been out watching stinky birds, she has been in her hammock - which of course is ours too. Jura got in first, then myself. Seppo snuck in but Pekka here rudely tramples across us.

By the way, you can see my skin is maybe a bit tanned; I do go darker in the sunshine. I am pretty good at not spending too long in direct sun, and Äiti does not use sunscren on us (Aila has white ears and is sensitive too) because of the chemicals we would lick off. At the moment it is so warm that none of us stays long in the heat and we lounge in the shade; we are very grateful not to have the extreme heats of central Europe; 25'C is our limit!

Sunny Sunday

Yesterday was glorious, and Äiti put up her hammock on the Catio. I spent a long time lying on her, and watching the world from a swinging perspective.

 Of course, I had to give her the bitey at times to make sure she stayed awake.

 And I also posed most handsomely for the camera.

So handsomely in fact, that no artification was needed for this picture for the jigsaw. Better late than never!

96 Veikko in the sun

Seppo gets the toesday spot, from his usual chill out spot of Äiti's armpit.  He is strange.

Wrinkly Wednesday

I think Äiti has more wrinkles and whiskers than Seppo.

Summer hammock time is the best!
