Wednesday Wake Up

Well, Äiti may have tried to hibernate all through Christmas, but our loyal readers still though of us! We had the best parcel including these, described by a US pal as 'kitty crack'. They are not found in Finland(N), so we are massively grateful to our 'supplier' in Finland(S). Kiitos kovasti! Now open them up, Äiti...

We have all been feasting - very politely for once with the downstairs bunch all lining up.

Jaava is not so polite when she gets a treat. She got to chew on the lamb bone - note the placement of the paw with the ever-ready claw for anyone who dares approach.

And afterwards, there was much snoozing and snoring - Boxing Day can last for a long time here.

Saturday Support

I thank you, Loyal Readers, for your support regarding my recent attack, courtesy of Papu. I am fine, and creating all sorts of ways to avoid my antibiotics but Äiti normally manages to get them inside me. Somehow Papu does not realise that my having no fur makes bites much deeper and more dangerous, and I am not about to give in to him - I will fight back!   Luckily I have dragon-glass claws which Äiti does not cut - even when I drag them down her back as I leap onto her shoulders. Revenge!

Wonderful Wordless Wednesday

No! We cannot be wordless. We wish to thank our fantastic Loyal Readers for this bounty.  We are humbled, and have  very full bellies. Nurru, Raisu and Tilli; and Max, Tepsu and Lil Ebba you have the best humans ever.

Worn Out Wednesday

We have been busy playing, eating and sleeping. We have feasted on turkey, chased our toys (thank you Memories of Eric and Flynn; Sampo loves his sparkly little balls!) and taken refuge in the packaging - we are cats afterall.

And our Cat Bed from Finland(S) is an utter hit.

Now, where's the turkey - we think we have some room for a little more.......
