Thursday Snooze

Moi !  I am just indulging in a snooze or seven as Äiti goes to work, and the weather outside turns autumnal. Enjoy my whiskers - but don't look too hard at my little chin blackheads which I refuse to let Äiti clean !

 Seppo is very protective of my snoozing. That camera will not dare come closer to disturb me.

It rained overnight so I am sleeping while it dries up, and am stealing Jura's heat again.

Saturday Shut Down

Sampo here, as you can see. I am resting up, as it is the weekend and Pekka is providing a comfy pillow for my weary head. You see, I have taken on duties as spokescat for the Felocracy. These are serious responsibilities, and involve handling the correspondence - especially to Spitty. I know I cannot possibly emulate Punapippuri's skills in missives to him, but I am learning.  I am also learning to hog the laptop when Äiti types, and am proficient in peemailing. However, I have no wish to restore the monarchy and am happy with my role as a relaxed mancat. Leadership strikes me as stressful and I'm only going to do it when it feels like fun. Right now, my priority is sleep which is just as well as Äiti is pretty settled, having had a dizzy week. 

And that maybe is because the air pressure is changing as autumn approaches. She took this photo nearby on one of the local ski paths. It's a good year for rowan berries - which means the birdies will be flocking to them soon........ We are optimistic those flocks will divert to us.
