So we have some more feathered 'tocks to celebrate this month. Äiti went to one of her happy places, the birdwatching tower at Liminganlahti which is about 30km from here. There were lots of birds there, which is unusual this late in the year. We were hopeful she would bring us back a little more than a photo, save the feathered ones from their long journey south.....
Sadly we did not get to taste those meaty ducky thighs.
