We thank you for your kind wishes and words on the blog and facebookregarding Ruska. He was indeed guardian of the Catio Wall and winter will be colder now he is not there. Mirsku in particualr is missing him. Äiti got this shot a few days ago of the two pals - a bit like Stadler and Waldorf from the Muppets she thinks.
We are regrouping and the hierarchy will change a little. Ruska was quiet and steady, and very strong - we all respected him. Mirsku and Pekka are the next most senior, fit male kitties but both of them are pretty relaxed and not so concerned to be top mancat. Instead Jura has been flexing his paws and we saw him give Mesi a talking to - which I approve of as she can be mean to me. Now, as the main blogger I feel I would be an excellent alpha kitty butI am a little vulnerable to claws and biteys without furs.....
