So now Äiti is home for a couple of weeks as the school holidays have started. Papu is hoping she'll nip out shopping first thing to pick up the traditional turkey for Christmas. Although he is a Finncat (and ham is the tradition here), he has a slight preference for feathered creatures.......
The rest of us Felocrats agree.
My cats prefer ham. :) XO
ReplyDeleteTurkey is good!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Aiti’s time off, kittehz.
I don't currently have a cat, however the humans here don't like turkey. We'll be having roast chook (chicken) followed by a Summer Pudding. Is Summer here in Tauranga, New Zealand (Dad's place) and currently 29C! Hope you all keep warm, stay dry, and stay safe this Christmas, xx
ReplyDeleteEither sounds good ta US! Ham or Turkey, TBT allus cuts off a piece ta cook "just fer us" before he spices his own to death. We appreciate that. And it means that on Chrissymouse Day, we will share the dining table with him (allowed for once or twice a year). He gets his and we get ours...
ReplyDeleteI don't like turkey and can't eat anything that comes from a pig, so we will have roast sirloin for Christmas and leg of lamb for New Year.
