Monday Miracles

Yesterday Äiti abandoned us, and I did feel a little worried after I had assaulted her (it was indeed, an accident). When she returned she was grinning away and happy, and we noticed all sorts of smells on her. She had spent the day at Kissmollin, with the breeder of Jura, Jaava and Sampo.  a while ago she had helped with the transport for the 'romantic meeting' of Lilja and stud Kaffe. Well, nature took its course and the result two months later is four new burmese kittens.
Here is #3, who needed a little bit of miraculous resuscitation, but by the end of the day was proving to be quite a bruiser.
This was #1, sleeping peacefully.
And here is proud, but exhausted mother cat Lilja with her four kittens.
Äiti was exhausted when she came back, and full of admiration for Lilja who is a tiny kitty. Her kittens were huge as Kaffe was a big mancat, and it seems she lost about a quarter of her bodyweight in the birthing process.
As for what happens here with perheemme, well let's say none of would be surprised if there were an addition. Sigh.

  5. Viscount Veikko, what would the Felocracy do with kittens? They'd terrorize your older selves! Therefore, she must get two...

We love comments from our Loyal Readers, even though Äiti is really bad at commenting back. But please don't let that stop you......

Saa kirjoitta suomeksikin - Äiti on laiska, mutta on pakko oppia suomea.

Tervetuloa! Welcome!
