Snowy Sunday

We have had loads of snow recently and Äiti has tried to keep the Catio and front yard clear before the Vile Brief Thaw* attacks. Pekka appreciated the opportunity to watch the bird feeder.
And we have to report the return of the sun: this sun puddle was spotted last week on the Catio. In a few months we'll be out basking!
 * The Vile Brief Thaw is the unwelcome rise above zero when we get wet snow and slush (which is horrible underpaw) and then it freezes rock solid again for the next two months. The worst scenario is thaw-freeze-repeat.

    Pekka clearly wants the bird feeder brought into the catio. That is a welcome glimpse of the sun to come but it is a pity you have to endure the VBT first.
